Decent Holding Inc. partners with Taihao Robotics to establish real-world infrastructure for home robots and physical AI applications

Applications of AI

– Leverage a network of approximately 400 operational community service centers to support real-world infrastructure for home robotics and physical AI applications.

– According to Morgan Stanley Research, the global humanoid robot market is expected to reach US$5 trillion by 2050.

BEIJING, China, June 9, 2026 (Globe Newswire) — Decent Holding Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: DXST) (“Decent” or the “Company”), a technology-driven wastewater treatment and community and elderly care service provider, today announced that Anhui Taihao Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“Taihao Robotics”), a healthcare robot and wearable product developer, announced that it has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Robotics, intelligent healthcare technology.

This partnership marks the launch of Decent’s real-world training and validation infrastructure network for robots embedded in homes and communities. This long-term effort is designed to support the deployment, validation, optimization, and development of next-generation somatic robotics and physical artificial intelligence (AI) applications in real-world home, medical, and community environments.

Decent currently operates an established network of approximately 400 community service centers across China. These centers will provide health care, chronic disease management, senior care and services, wellness programs, and create a practical environment for future robotic applications. Each center typically serves a community of 30,000 to 100,000 residents. Through this network, Decent can reach millions of local residents across a wide range of daily life scenarios.

Depending on market conditions, operational progress and the success of its expansion strategy, the company expects its network to reach approximately 1,000 operating community service centers by the end of 2026. If achieved, this expansion could significantly expand Decent’s real-world validation environment for future home robotics and physical AI applications.

According to Morgan Stanley Research*, the global humanoid robot market could reach approximately US$5 trillion by 2050, and humanoid robots could become an integral part of homes and communities around the world. Given the above, we see home robots as a long-term opportunity within the broader robotics field. Through this partnership, Decent plans to gradually introduce healthcare robots, wearable robots, intelligent monitoring devices, smart care systems, and future home service robots into its existing operations. Decent’s long-term goal is to lead the real-world validation infrastructure platform for embodied robotics in China, provide future robotics companies with access to authentic care environments, and bring embodied AI to healthcare and related services.

“We believe the next generation of intelligent systems will require extensive learning, testing, and validation in real-world environments,” said Haicheng Xu, CEO of Decent. “Through our partnership with Taihao Robotics, we are taking an important step toward building a large-scale training and validation infrastructure network for future home robotics applications. We believe Decent’s existing network of approximately 400 operational community service centers will provide a strong foundation for the next phase of robotics innovation.”

Looking to the future, Decent intends to continue expanding its community health and senior care ecosystem while pursuing further strategic partnerships across robotics, AI, wearable devices and digital health. We believe that the convergence of healthcare services, community infrastructure, and bodily robotics could create significant long-term opportunities within the emerging physical AI ecosystem.
