Datasea Inc., a technology company specializing in acoustic high-tech innovation and AI-driven multimodal digitization, announced the continued progress of its collaboration with Yizhimei Technology Co., Ltd. (“Yizhimei”) on the technical services and commercial deployment of acoustic + AI head care robots for health and wellness applications.
Under the framework of the existing cooperation agreement, the Company achieved initial technical services revenue. In addition, the two parties further signed an expanded cooperation agreement to jointly promote the research and development of acoustic AI healthcare robots and accelerate market expansion. The upgraded collaboration marks a transition from an initial technology realization phase to one focused on product commercialization and broader industrial deployment.
I. Initial validation of technology-enabled business models
Leveraging its technical capabilities in sound field conditioning, acoustic algorithm optimization, and system-level integration, Datasea has provided core technology realization and system-level solutions to Yizhimei.
Through this collaboration, Datasea will support the integration and upgrade of acoustics + AI technology within head care robotic systems designed for automated healthcare and personal wellness service scenarios.
Achieving technology services revenue means early validation of the company’s business path centered on “realization of acoustic + AI core technology combined with system service support” in the consumer medical service environment.
Building on this foundation, the companies will further commercialize acoustics + AI technology within robotic healthcare devices, enabling automated service scenarios and supporting the commercialization of intelligent healthcare equipment.
II. Market expansion and franchise chain development
In terms of market expansion, both parties continue to promote product deployment and service introduction across the Chinese market.
Currently, acoustic + AI healthcare robot products and related services have been deployed in more than 50 cities in China, supporting applications in approximately 300 service locations, and providing standardized headcare healthcare services to consumers. We continue to validate the commercial viability of acoustic technology in consumer wellness environments while incrementally refining our terminal service model through continuous technology upgrades and operational optimization.
In the international market, we are simultaneously expanding our products and technical services overseas. Market cooperation has already been established in South Korea, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Taiwan region, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia, among other Asian markets. Through its regional partners and cooperation network, Datasea is gradually expanding its presence in international markets. In the future, our company will continue to expand its business in Japan and steadily expand into overseas markets, building a business structure in which the domestic and overseas markets can develop in parallel.
At the same time, both parties are promoting a chain-based franchise model that will enable large-scale deployment of acoustic + AI healthcare robots within standardized service locations. Leveraging Yizhimei’s existing brand network and operational infrastructure, the partnership aims to expand terminal deployment through chain replication and franchise expansion.
The parties have set a basic expansion goal of more than 3,000 locations within China and approximately 1,500 locations overseas. Through equipment installation, standardized service provision, and continuous supply of consumables, we will build a closed-loop operating system consisting of equipment installation + service system + continuous operation.
Datasea believes that integrating its acoustic + AI technology platform with chain-based service operations will help establish a scalable commercial model featuring technology enablement, scenario-based deployment, channel replication, and long-term market expansion.
