Bengaluru: With the increasing adoption of AI across organizational functions, AI/ML and analytics continue to be dominated as the most in-demand work families. Cybersecurity overtakes the cloud to become the second most wanted domain.
In fact, Nasscom has launched the fourth edition of their future work report, balancing priorities in an AI-driven world. According to the report, the top five job hunters include data scientists/analysts, AI/ML experts, cybersecurity specialists, cloud architects/engineers and Devops engineers.
As organizations become increasingly data-driven, AI, analytics and the cloud are emerging as the “Holy Trinity” driving this transformation, the report says. Both the current and future workforce consider AI/Genai proficiency, creativity, communication and leadership skills important to success.
“The majority of the workforce is actively using Genai for a variety of applications, including coding, programming, content creation, and more. Future workforce uses Genai for learning and development, improving general knowledge, improving communication skills, exploring teaching and advice, and exploring the vast capabilities of AI.
