Austin, Texas, June 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Cyberhill Partners announced the development of the Biological Surveillance Information Platform (BIP), an AI-enabled biological surveillance capability built on the ServiceNow AI platform under the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) and other trading authority prototypes on behalf of the Department of the Army.
BIP is designed to provide biological surveillance analysts and operational commanders with a single environment to detect, characterize, and respond to biological threats. This capability unifies workflows previously spread across disparate tools, giving joint forces a unified picture of biological risk and supporting force health protection and mission planning.
The partnership combines Cyberhill’s defense engineering and AI expertise with the ServiceNow AI platform. ServiceNow provides the application, workflow, and AI service foundation for BIP, giving you the security, scale, and orchestration you need for your mission. Cyberhill builds mission-specific analyst experiences, intelligence integration, and AI capabilities on top of that.
AI is integrated directly into analyst workflows. Capabilities in development include translation and enrichment of global open source signals, automated disease classification, epidemiological modeling for epidemic trajectory and response planning, and AI-generated intelligence products that accelerate analysts’ time to insight while maintaining traceability back to source data.
