CommunityWFM, one of the industry's premier contact center workforce management software solutions, has announced the debut of a new AI-driven, automated forecasting solution.
Moden Prediction has been the basis for the long-standing delivery of CommunityWFM. The ability to click the button to generate multiple variations and select the best choice in real time will create contact center tangible values when making predictions in both Enterprise and Essentials MultiTenancy versions.

AI and machine learning are used to automatically retrain and predict models, then automatically generate staffing requirements
The latest releases of these extensive features utilize AI to further optimize forecasting processes, minimizing work and saving both time and resources in contact centers. Also known as AI automated prediction, this solution quickly looks at historical data under an analytical lens and creates recurring and optimized predictions with minimal human involvement.
With the initial iteration based on call volume and average handle time prediction, this solution only includes the end-user singular setup experience. Once the initial configuration is established, AI and machine learning are utilized to automatically retrain the model to make predictions, automatically generate staffing requirements and publish results.
This technology allows end users of CommunityWFM products to build recursive predictions based on desired parameters to automate every other week. End users simply complete the initial setup process and forecasts are made automatically by moving forward. Date ranges vary in many ways to meet the ever-changing demands of contact centers.
“We have moved the industry forward with modern automation solutions in the past, but we are excited to stay on the forefront with this exciting new use case for AI.” “This is just one of many important AI-based product upgrades on the horizon. We look forward to debuting additional solutions to improve our customers' lives in the future.”
