Zoom has announced AI Companion 3.0, a set of agent AI innovations for Zoom Workplace and Zoom Business Services.
Zoom's Agent AI provides personalized AI assistance to users, and AI companions work across third-party integrations compatible with the Zoom platform.

AI Companion 3.0 acquires and synthesizes internal enterprise knowledge, including meeting and phone transcripts, chat history, and shared documents, delivering external insights (such as publicly available market research and industry data) at the right time with a unified context-aware search.
It is intended to provide users with deep insights and important information from conversations, documents, third-party apps, multiple meeting platforms, face-to-face meetings, and the web.
There is also a new AI note taking function. Therefore, users with paid Zoom work accounts can optimize manual notes with AI companions at all Zoom meetings.
AI Companion 3.0 was announced at Zoomtopia, Zoom's annual user conference. The vendor also shared new innovations in the Customer Experience (CX) suite and Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA), including AI-first capabilities designed to improve agent performance, improve customer experience and provide insights.
