At the Association of Average Adjusters Annual Dinner in London, Otmar suggested that artificial intelligence is only good on paper. Mr. Otmar, who is a qualified trade association associate, was one of the speakers who proposed a toast during the gathering.

With a background that includes chairing the Marine Claims Subcommittee of the Institute of International Insurance Brokers of London, the claims director believes that without an average adjuster, no claims broker or underwriter could serve a client.
