The 30th CII Partnership Summit-2025 was widely touted as an event for industry, technology, space, artificial intelligence and youth, but at the two-day global event that concluded on Saturday (November 15), the government also took a stand on farmers and their welfare.
The one-on-one interaction between Chief Minister Nala Chandrababu Naidu and Indian Farmers and Fertilizer Cooperative Union (IFFCO) Chairman Dileep Nanubhai Sanghani on the sidelines of the summit caught the attention of representatives of the farming fraternity.
IFFCO is known for its focus on promoting nano-fertilizers by selling nano-liquid urea and DAP. The company plans to establish its first overseas nanofertilizer factory in Brazil. There are also plans to procure thousands of agricultural drones to train local entrepreneurs.

The company recently visited Jordan to highlight the potential of joint ventures to produce green ammonia and hydrogen in the agricultural sector, as well as strategies to introduce the latest agricultural technologies to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the agricultural sector. Earlier this year, IFFCO participated in discussions with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to increase awareness and adoption of these next-generation products that will benefit farmers and the cooperative movement.
