Beijing, March 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The 4th China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) has entered its 100-day countdown. Over the course of three editions, the event, themed “Connecting the World for a Common Future,” has evolved into an important platform for promoting international cooperation across industrial and supply chains. Its model and values extend far beyond China and contribute to shaping global standards. Developed jointly by the global business community, the ISO 25639-1 international standard for Exhibitions and Events – Vocabulary clearly incorporates CISCE’s innovative approach and includes language that reflects the exhibition’s focus on connecting businesses and potential partners across the supply chain.
This year’s Expo marks a milestone with the launch of the first-ever Artificial Intelligence Zone, comprehensively showcasing the AI ecosystem including data, computing power, and applications. In the six featured supply chain sectors and supply chain services exhibition areas of advanced manufacturing, clean energy, smart vehicles, digital technology, healthy living and green agriculture, visitors will encounter a lineup of new Chinese and international players in emerging and future fields such as AI-enabled robotics, the drone and low-altitude aviation sector, and biomanufacturing, alongside well-known companies showcasing the latest advances in industrial and supply chain modernization. Another new feature of the 4th CISCE is the increased emphasis on targeted cooperation. Building on the previous “guest country” format, this year we will introduce “guest province” for the first time, inviting overseas provinces, provinces and regions with unique industrial advantages to participate and promoting more targeted business matching with Chinese provinces, cities and enterprises.
Enthusiasm in the international business community remains high. At the 3rd CISCE, exhibitors from outside China accounted for 35% of the participants, and more than 40 leaders from Fortune Global 500 companies and 172 delegations from abroad visited China exclusively for the expo. This reflects international companies’ strong interest in supply chain partnerships and opportunities in the Chinese market. Preparations are progressing smoothly. Already 19 international roadshows have been held to introduce the expo around the world, and the organizers aim to achieve further growth both in the proportion of global exhibitors and the number of visiting delegations. More than 500 companies from China and around the world have already registered to exhibit, and the recruitment phase is nearing completion.
