
The Bombay High Court on Friday delivered its judgment in a case filed by actress Shilpa Shetty regarding abuse of personality rights through the use of altered AI-generated photos and videos on the internet.
The court found these images extremely disturbing and shocking and ordered their removal and removal from various social media platforms, which brought great relief to the actress.
