The future is here and it looks so bad
As I often blogged, AI has always been bad. AI only predicted the past, especially the nonsense that people wrote here and there. The headline of my first blog post about it was: “Artificial intelligence is neither. Artificial intelligence is neither.” That is human stupidity. Since it is impossible to distinguish between truth and falsehood, good and evil, artificial “guide rails” are needed. It's the ultimate stupidity.

I'll give you a recent example. My friend replied, “Wilder is not Jewish.” I said, “A thorough investigation revealed that his mother's mother came from a prominent Jewish-Dutch-Indian family.'' “No,” he said, so I asked the AI.
AI says, “Wilder is not Jewish.” I will tell you the location of the research. Turning it around, he now predicts, “Whether or not he is Jewish is up for debate.'' Yes, the fact that the moon is not made of cheese is also at issue. I checked it. In its next issue, a weekly magazine that publishes men's studies research published two letters disputing its findings: “To what extent is Jewishness justified by assimilated families?'' Of course, with the exception of AI, research will never go back.
And that doesn't even take into account the “hallucinations” of the AI, which can make things up in the blink of an eye. And they lie to their faces to make themselves look good, hiding their mistakes and lack of knowledge. If you like liars, then your ultimate friend.
But now it has deteriorated beyond nonsense.
Is AI enough?

Dead Internet Theory was a conspiracy theory in 2016, but not anymore. The proportion of people clicking on internet links on mobile has already fallen by up to 80%. Don't just take my word for it. All sorts of reputable retailers say so.
“Zero-click” search results make traffic to your website redundant, slow it down, kill it, drive out business (popularity and advertisers), and destroy your business.
There were always students who tried to avoid reading the book by reading the summary. Passed the zero knowledge test. What was once cheating is now becoming standard practice. Never mind that there are already a growing number of sites whose content is mostly ghostwritten by AI, i.e. deepfakes.
Hope? where?
Some internet information providers are trying to fight back by making their content uncrawlable, or impervious to AI collection. That's a dead end.
Some are considering countering it through antitrust law. Don't hold your breath. If successful, the case could take 10 years to go through the courts.
Copyright will also be wasted. AI provides information for free. If you don't need too much information, how long do you provide it? Why? Because you stole it.
“It's true because it's in the newspaper'' has become “It's true because it's in the news,'' and now it's becoming “It's true because AI said so.''
One commercial spin doctor gives us a creative twist: “Since AI cannot be trusted, reputable sites will become more important.” There's hope for Google, too. Laughable nonsense, of course. After watching the news, do you ever say, “I'm going to investigate whether what they're saying is true''? Only academics should have official sources. But even there, AI is increasingly becoming a ghostwriter.

There is a popular belief that the newer must be better. Digital sound is not better than analog. That may be true, but it was cheaper to reduce the amount. Who would listen?
I remember mothers walking with their babies in strollers and talking to them even when they were sleeping. no longer. Even when the baby is awake, at best he is given a toy and the father plays with his iPhone.
I remember going to the doctor and he looked at you and asked, “How are you feeling?” what can i do for you? 'no longer. They hold out their hand for your membership card, swipe you, look at the computer screen and say, “Yes?” No matter what you say, they start typing and never look at you.
My daughter said, “I talked to him.'' After all, they were texting.
Israel
Shimon Peres' clarity of vision led him to support nanotechnology from the beginning. That was impressive. But Prime Minister Netanyahu's introduction of AI to Israel could be his Waterloo. Forever driven by his capitalism, teaming up with the richest man in the world will go down the same way as Trump, Musk, and cryptocurrencies. Too good to be true will be just that.

Fake news is old news. Now we have AI.
The future is here and it looks really bad.
