Procurement technology startup Beroe raised $34 million in a funding round led by the Relativity Resilience Fund, joining from investors including Mukul Agrawal, Ashish Kacholia, Lashit Sanghvi and Alchemy Long Term Ventures.
This fresh capital aims to expand the development, insight capabilities of Beroe's AI-powered procurement intelligence platform, fuelling strategic acquisitions, and fuelling strategic acquisitions to enhance actionable intelligence in real-time around the world.
Founded in 2006 by Vel Dhinagaravel, Beroe was born out of the frustration of the fragmented data sources and opaque supplier markets that procurement teams face every day. His vision was clear. It builds a platform that aggregates vast datasets and delivers actionable insights directly into your procurement workflow, helping teams make smarter and faster procurement decisions.
Today, Beroe's platform serves more than 1,000 enterprise customers worldwide, including over 300 Fortune 500 companies. By integrating pricing benchmarks, supplier risk signals and market trends, AI-driven platforms help organizations predict disruption, reduce risk and unlock greater procurement value.
Beroe's technology sets it apart from traditional sourcing suites and point solutions through an interoperable, ecosystem-driven approach. Major strategic acquisitions highlight this differentiation. In March 2025, Beroe acquired Nnamu, the world's first gaming autonomy negotiation solution, and later acquired ForestReet in September 2025, an AI-powered supplier and innovation scouting expert.
In highly competitive situations, including giants like Ivalua, Zycus, Coupa and SAP Ariba, Beroe's AI-Firth platform, a consulting leader such as EY and Kearney, offers a clear value proposition by seamlessly integrating a diverse range of intelligence sources into a user-friendly interface.
“Beloe has created a differentiated, scalable sourcing intelligence ecosystem that redefines the way global enterprises approach sourcing. The $34 million success supported by marquee investors is a strong validation of its vision and execution.”
With this funding, Beroe will deepen its AI capabilities, expand integration with major enterprise platforms, and pursue target acquisitions that close the gaps in its procurement workbench.
At its heart, Beroe's mission remains to empower procurement leaders with tools to navigate volatility and adopt proactive and insightful sourcing that maximizes value in the current complex global market.
