The platform is “grounded” in federal and state tax law and structured for the way modern tax teams operate, the statement said.
Under this agreement, corporate and professional services firms within BDO Alliance USA will be able to use Marble’s AI tools directly.
Bhavin Shah, CEO of Marble, said: “Independent and local businesses are working on more complex returns with fewer people, and Marble provides AI solutions for professionals that help them get quote-backed answers to tax questions, draft memos, and client communications, allowing them to close deals faster without compromising accuracy.
“We were looking for a connection to the unique combination of reach and experience that BDO Alliance USA offers, so we’re excited about what our addition to BDO Alliance USA’s vendor marketing program will mean for us and our customers.”
BDO Alliance USA is an association of independently owned local and regional businesses providing accounting, consulting, and related services.
Commenting on the decision, Tom Takasaki, practice leader for the BDO Alliance USA Business Resource Network, said: “Incorporating Marble into our vendor marketing program is part of our objective to provide Alliance members with a greater competitive advantage by enabling them to leverage additional value-added resources.
“We strive to establish relationships with product and service providers who can provide the forward-looking capabilities that Alliance members and their customers need.”
In April of this year, BDO USA appointed Jim Murza as its next chief information officer.
