Uwa Brothers announced on June 8th that it will be accepting applications until June 22nd for the course “Seocho-gu and Baemin Restaurant Management Academy: AI Marketing for Standout Restaurants.”

This training will be held as part of the Seocho District Food Service Industry Competitiveness Enhancement Project Agreement signed last year between Seocho District and Baemin Academy.

Seocho-gu and Baemin held two joint education sessions last year. In the previous session, we implemented a practical curriculum such as marketing using AI and strategies to maximize sales by utilizing platforms, which were well received. The completion rate was 87%, with an average satisfaction score of 9.8 out of 10.

One-on-one consulting was provided to outstanding participants, and some stores that participated in the consulting saw orders increase by up to 86% after taking the training. According to an internal survey of graduates, the average number of orders received increased by 19.5% after participating in the program compared to before.

This year’s course will focus on practical applications of AI. The program is designed to help participants learn efficient ways to market their restaurants using AI and produce actionable results that can be implemented immediately.

This course has a capacity of 30 people and will be held five times every Monday from June 29th to July 27th at the Baemin Academy Seoul Center and the Seocho District Office training venue.

The curriculum includes lectures by academic AI experts as well as Baemin App restaurant owners who have successfully applied AI marketing. Topics cover everything from real-world AI use cases to how AI transformation will shape the future of the restaurant industry.

Seocho-gu Mayor Jeong Sung-soo said, “This course is thorough and diverse, including practical training using the latest AI programs, mentoring to share success stories, and special lectures by industry experts, so that restaurant owners can acquire the marketing skills needed in the AI ​​era.Seocho-gu will continue to do its best to provide practical support to revitalize local businesses.”
