Here we explain what's new and how these changes will make your streaming experience better than ever.
Content-focused navigation bar and hero rotator for single-click access to titles
When you open Prime Video, you'll see a new navigation bar that makes it easier to find what you want to watch. There are clear sections like “Home,” “Movies,” “TV Shows,” “Sports,” and “Live TV.” If you have additional subscriptions like Max or Paramount+, they'll show up there too.
There's also a new “Prime” section, where you'll find all the content you get for free as a Prime member, including movies, TV shows, sports and live broadcasts. Here you'll also find information about other Prime benefits available in your country, including exclusive deals and offers.
Below the navigation bar is the Hero Rotator, which showcases content you can watch, rent, or buy with a subscription. It also highlights special promotions, Prime member deals, and subscription bundles. You can easily play, buy, or subscribe to content directly from this section, making it easy to start watching your favorite shows and movies.

You can also find deals and discount bundles for third-party services, all in one place.
Improved recommendations and clarity around Prime member content
Personalized recommendations have always been a key part of Prime Video. Now, with the help of Generative AI, these features get even better, making it easier to discover content that's right for you. You'll see “Just for you” collections in the “Movies” and “TV Shows” sections. Instead of surfacing content for specific add-on subscriptions or different purchase options, Prime Video simplifies your experience by grouping titles based on your interests.
We're making it easier to know what's included in your Prime membership and what costs extra. You'll see the logos for Prime and add-on subscriptions like Lionsgate Play and Crunchyroll on hero and title cards for movies and TV shows. If a title requires an additional fee, you'll see a yellow shopping bag icon.
Plus, Prime Video uses large-scale language models (LLMs) to simplify TV show and movie descriptions, meaning you can quickly read a title summary without scrolling to decide whether or not to watch it.
A simple and intuitive streaming experience
It's packed with new animations, smooth page transitions, zoom effects and more to make streaming more enjoyable and seamless. When using living room devices, the hero rotator plays video content as you browse, creating an immersive experience. The Live TV section automatically plays featured channels 24/7 and continues playing even when you go full screen or browse other channels.
Prime Video is optimizing the experience for all devices, including older models, so everyone can enjoy these enhancements.
