Alibaba International has introduced Accio Work, a no-code enterprise AI agent platform designed to help small and medium-sized businesses automate complex operational tasks without the need for technical setup.
According to the company, the platform will staff specialized agents to handle functions such as market analysis, product design, sourcing, compliance, inventory management, and logistics. Manage VAT declarations across 100+ markets, conduct negotiations with suppliers, and oversee marketing and shipping through messaging apps like Telegram and WhatsApp.
According to the company, Accio Work evolved from Accio, an AI-powered B2B sourcing engine that was first launched in November 2024. The original Accio currently serves more than 10 million monthly active users worldwide, according to Alibaba International.
The system uses dynamic orchestration to assemble cross-functional teams of agents to perform specific tasks in parallel. Users can also create reusable “skills” to standardize or share business processes. Accio Work leverages real-time consumer trends and transaction records directly from Alibaba’s e-commerce platform. The platform uses a sandbox environment and requires explicit user approval for high-stakes actions involving finances or file access. Users can choose not to store their data on our servers.
Accio Work will be available on Accio.com by the end of March.
