The film’s craze was such that several stars aced the fashion game while sharing their pictures in pink outfits. While various new trends pertaining to the latest release crept in, one such has left the Internet talking.

AI-IMAGINED BOLLYWOOD ACTRESSES AS BARBIE

An edited video with AI-generated Bollywood actresses as Barbie has been making rounds on social media. The Bollywood version of the video showed some of the fine actresses, including Kareena Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Aishwarya Rai and others as Barbie.

The video was shared on a Reddit page with the caption ‘What if Barbie was made in Bollywood’. It shows Aishwarya Rai, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, Rashmika Mandanna and Kareena Kapoor’s faces in place of Margot Robbie who plays Barbie in the recently released Greta Gerwig film.

The video let many guess which actress aced the trend and was a clear winner as a Barbie. The fans were quick to vote for their favourite actress as Barbie.

One of the users commented, “Omygaawd Aish is looking dreamy like straight out of fairytale tbh better than Margot Robbie and Rashmika Mandanna is looking okay too” while another wrote, “Aish was best.” A third user echoed similar sentiments and said, “Nobody looks good as Barbie except for Aish that too somewhat in comparison to others.” Another user commented, “Aishwarya Rai shall always be the OG Barbie <3.”

‘BARBIE’ BOX OFFICE COLLECTION

Margot Robbie-Ryan Gosling’s ‘Barbie’ and Christopher Nolan’s ‘Oppenheimer’ clashed on July 21. Over the first weekend, ‘Barbie’ collected a worldwide total of Rs 276.39 crore. The film remains steady in India as it minted Rs 2.30 crore on July 26 here. Hence, the total domestic collection now stands at Rs 25.55 crore nett. Meanwhile, Barbie had an overall 21.15 per cent occupancy on July 26.
