Conspiracy theories are the fodder that keeps the internet vibrant and what makes it a terrifying place. One such conspiracy theory concerns a creature called “Bigfoot,” which has been a favorite of conspiracy theorists since the clip known as the Patterson and Gimlin movie was released in the late 1960s.

There was no 4K recording back in the day. In fact, nothing came close to it. As such, the clip was naturally blurry and lacked real detail. It shows a large brown ape-like creature (also known as a “Sasquatch”) casually strolling through California’s Six Rivers National Forest.
