
Trullion, an AI-powered accounting platform, has appointed Arthur “Arty” Minson as its new CEO.
Minson has been an investor and advisor to Tullion for more than five years, and will now be working with new president Isaac Heller and the rest of the team members to lead the company.
Minson and Heller's joint efforts will focus on improving the efficiency of financial, accounting and auditing professionals through Trullion's AI products.
In his new role, Heller will focus on developing new products and fostering partnerships within audit, accounting and technology systems.
He will also maintain his position as chairman of the board.
Mr. Minson will be responsible for managing business operations such as legal, finance, human resources, marketing, sales, customer success and communications.
He served as president and co-CEO of WeWork and CFO of Time Warner Cable, where he helped Charter Communications acquire the company.
At AOL, he helped the company return to growth as a CFO and COO.
His most recent role was LeafLink's president and CEO.
Minson's career as a professional began with EY, where he qualified as a Certified Public Accountant.

In May 2025, Trullion introduced AI assistant Trulli, which aims to help accountants with workflow automation, document analysis and policy interpretation, and simplify complex accounting processes.
