AI Intelligence Community secures 20 million yuan in angel round finance for full ecological integration of the AI application layer

Applications of AI

36 kr has learned that the AI Application Platform AI Intelligence community has recently completed funding for 20 million yuan angel rounds, as the world's first AI ecosystem integration platform. This funding round was jointly invested by multiple VC funds, releasing 15% of the stock. Based on this calculation, the investment valuation is approximately 133 million yuan. Investors said they will help the AI Intelligence community build a more complete AI ecosystem integration platform through resource integration. The funds raised in this round will be invested primarily in three core directions. First, we develop an IHUI technology architecture system to improve ourselves and strengthen the platform's technical foundation. Second, we build a GPU computing power resource pool to provide computing power support for the development and operation of AI applications. Third, it will further enhance the platform's service capabilities by integrating a variety of key technologies, including Agent AI, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and RPA (Robot Process Automation). Ultimately, it aims to “benefit for everyone” and provides convenient cost-reduction and efficiency to increase services to ordinary people, while simultaneously facilitating the implementation of B-END (Enterprise) and G-End (Government) customized scenario solutions.

The AI Intelligence community was founded in 2025. Since its founding, it has established itself as an “upstream and downstream integration and production platform for the AI ecosystem.” At the C-End (personal) service level, the platform has built a complete closed loop for agent development, usage, and distribution of monetization. Users do not need a deep technical foundation. Low-code visual operations implemented by the IHUI architecture allow AI application development to be completed by dragging and dropping modules. Training data is stored on distributed nodes to ensure data security and call efficiency, with the current model being at 91% accuracy. Currently, the platform is in the public beta stage. Relying solely on natural traffic has accumulated over 2,000 users. It also helped partners open more than 40 AI-related courses, covering topics such as agent development entries and commercial monetization skills, allowing users to quickly acquire AI application skills.

When it comes to team composition, the AI Intelligence community has brought together the power of the senior industry. Chairman Li Chunchuan is a serial entrepreneur and senior AI practitioner with extensive entrepreneurial experience and industry insights. Core members include Chang Kuan, senior manager of a major domestic technology company, Teng Xiang, technical architect, and Sun Zhen, senior business expert in the transportation business. The four complement each other in the areas of strategic planning, enterprise management, technology R&D and user operations, providing all round support for platform development.

From an industry background perspective, current AI application layer developers generally face three major issues: The technical thresholds are too high, making it difficult for small and medium sized developers to join. The toolchain is fragmented and less efficient as developers need to switch tools frequently during the development process. The commercialization path is unknown and it is difficult to translate development results into actual benefits. Existing platforms such as “small and microagents” in the market can only support the release of basic applications and do not form a complete R&D ecosystem from development to monetization, thus failing to solve the core dilemma of developers. Third – Party data shows that the global low-code AI tools market is in a period of rapid growth. The market size is estimated to exceed US$24 billion in 2027, of which the growth rate of visual development tools reaches a combined annual growth rate of 34%, providing extensive market space for the development of the AI Intelligence community.

To solve industry problems and seize market opportunities, AI Intelligence Community also focuses on building an ecosystem of developers. Its “skill sharing market” brought together thousands of professional developers, covering a variety of transaction types, including customized agent development, technical consultation, operational and maintenance services, enabling direct developer-user connections and attracting tens of thousands of professional developers. At the same time, the platform builds a complete system that connects developers and users, solves the “last” problem of implementing AI applications, and collaborates with several major national and international AI companies and universities.

Regarding future planning, the platform has completed core business closed, but requires continuous investment to develop loops, users' payment habits and expand the developer ecosystem. The team clearly stated that they would complete the scenario verification for the Enterprise's first batch. Customers at all regional levels in the country within the next six months cover areas such as manufacturing process optimization and intelligent customer service in the service industry. At the same time, we will begin expanding overseas markets and prioritize regions such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East where AI demand is rapidly increasing. Additionally, the platform will begin funding in the first quarter of 2026 to inject more funding into subsequent developments.

Chairman Li Chunchuan said, “I always believe that AI technology is not a patent for the technology elite. Through module development and resource integration, all ordinary people can become participants in the AI age.” Multiple investment capital states, “In the current situation where AI applications are increasingly similar, platforms with real ecosystem building capabilities are worth longer for a longer period of time.” With the benefits of technology integration, clear market positioning and comprehensive ecosystem planning, the AI Intelligence community is expected to be a key force in promoting the spread of AI technology with continuous breakthroughs on the low-code AI tool track.
