AI-generated TikTok video promotes violence against military enlisted workers

According to a report by the Center for Combating Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

AI-generated videos encouraging violence against TCC employees have resurfaced on TikTok.

This was reported on Telegram by the Counter-Disinformation Center of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, citing observation and analysis of the content.

Content and context

AI-generated video circulating on TikTok promotes violence against TCC staff. The recordings use absurd visual scenarios, such as dogs attacking people in uniform, soldiers “kidnapping” cattle, and chasing civilians in an overly aggressive manner. Some videos display watermarks from generators (especially Sora). The content is described as “humor” or “satire.” Although the authors try to present these scenes as “just responses,” they actually promote violence and the dehumanization of military personnel.

The publication also emphasizes that such content is part of a Russian information campaign aimed at disrupting mobilization in Ukraine. The enemy attempts to provoke conflict between civilians and the military through ridicule and justification for invasion.

According to the NSDC's Counter-Disinformation Center, Andriy Kovalenko said Russia is intensively increasing its intelligence influence inside Ukraine in order to turn civilians against the TCC and against the military more broadly, and to spread the perception that the military is opposed to peace.

Such materials highlight the need for audience vigilance and a responsible approach to content distribution, as misinformation can cause conflict and undermine trust in institutions.
