Patna: Airlines have faced an increase in criticism following the smarter troubling incidents, including recent crash drops, repeated technical issues and numerous cases that include mischeating check-in baggage at departure airports. In a series of lines of such accidents, two Air India Express aircraft arrived at Patna Airport without passenger luggage, one from Bengaluru, and the other from Chennai, and elicited acute response from the flyers.Social media users quickly criticized the airline for causing excessive pain for passengers. “Around 180 people have arrived in Patna, but their luggage is left in Chennai. Air India knows how to run the flight, but does not know how to fulfill its responsibility. The average person has problems and the airlines do well with apologies. Kripashankashahi, who flew from Patna to Delhi on an Air India Express flight, spoke about his ordeal. “When I arrived at Delhi Airport on June 12th, I was shocked to learn that all my packages had been mistakenly sent to Varanasi,” he said.Neha Singh also questioned the airline's explanation of the baggage error. “The excuse that they didn't load the aircraft was unsatisfied. If they were overweight, the airline should have dropped some of the luggage. However, it appears suspicious that all the passengers' luggage were left in Chennai and Bengaluru,” she said.
