Practical strategies include setting boundaries for AI use, promoting mindfulness, promoting peer discussions on challenges, and highlighting the importance of human judgment along with machine-generated output.

To address the negative impacts of AI, institutions and policymakers need to develop comprehensive strategies that balance technological advancements with human development. This includes AI literacy programs, workshops on ethical use, and curriculum highlighting critical thinking, collaboration and communication skills. Organizations can also encourage mentorship and teamwork, and increase productivity without AI replacing human involvement.
