Salesforce has released survey data that shows 78% of UK organizations use agent artificial intelligence (AI).

The survey provided at AgentForce London 2025 found that 14% plan to adopt Agent AI technology in the next six months, resulting in a total of 92%.

The survey says that “nearly one in four UK workers will be reassigned to different roles in the near future as the world of work is being rewritten with digital labor.”

The majority of senior UK leaders (84%) have researched plans to train teams with AI over the next 12 months, with 40% planning to invest 12% of their average salary over the next six months.

This represents one of the biggest skills investments you'll ever see in a lifetime, Salesforce said.

The survey was conducted with 110 C-level executives involved in AI integration or automation decision-making involved in corporate integration or automation, Salesforce said. The sample includes 100 respondents from the UK and 10 from Ireland, representing an organization with over 200 employees across a variety of industries. It included medium and large businesses.

Additionally, to coincide with the AgentForce London event, Salesforce welcomed the UK government's announcement this week.

In his tribute, Peter Kyle, Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology, said:

“Early this week we have planned to raise the AI ​​skills of 7.5 million Brits over the next five years. It's great to see Salesforce participate in the efforts to equip UK workers with the skills they need to thrive in an AI-powered economy,” he added.

Salesforce has also announced a partnership with Brunel University. Collaboration with their respective AI centres, Salesforce UK AI Center and Brunel's Center for Hurational Intelligence includes workshops, meetings and community engagement, according to the two organizations.

The partnership follows Salesforce's 2023 commitment to investing $4 billion in UK businesses over five years, following the anniversary of the year since Salesforce AI Center opened its doors in London.
