Software company Adobe has expanded its suite of generative artificial intelligence models. Last month, Adobe announced his Firefly, which focuses on generating commercially safe still images. With the latest update, Adobe has announced that Firefly will be extended to Creative Cloud video and audio applications.
The company says the update will make video production and content creation more effective and creative. It allows creators to create and enhance their video and audio content while streamlining their workflow. Creators can automatically generate hundreds of commercially safe content variations for film and TV marketing. Additionally, production teams can now easily test different video colors, theme music, animated text effects, and placeholder footage. It also reduces post-production time from days to just minutes.
Creative Cloud video and audio applications have five key concepts. Text-to-color enhancements allow users to change the color scheme, time of day, and season of already recorded video using text prompts. Additionally, in just a few minutes, users can generate subtitles, logos, title his cards with custom his animations based on the creator’s preferences. Additionally, text prompts allow users to generate custom his sounds and music to suit specific moods and scenes. It also supports language generation for localizing videos.
Firefly is expected to accelerate pre-production, production, and post-production workflows by automatically creating storyboards and pre-visualizations using AI analysis of script text. Finally, Adobe also offers personalized “how-to” guides powered by generative AI to help creators hone their skills.
Apart from Firefly, Adobe also has a Sensei GenAI service that launched in March. It’s a suite of AI-powered services for productivity apps. Primarily aimed at marketing and creative professionals.
