Some of the questions Adobe Experience Platform's AI assistant can answer include, “How do I build an audience segment?”, “What is an identity map? How often will this audience segment be used?”

Adobe says the AI assistant won't be limited to text-based responses but will also help segment audiences and identify “high-value” customers. It's connected to the company's AI-powered text-to-image generation tool, Firefly, which can create emails and web pages.
AI assistants can also provide “predictive insights” about customer data based on historical data, such as predicting how likely a conversion is to come from a particular customer segment or recommending actions along the customer journey.

Adobe Experience Platform is a real-time customer experience management (CXM) service designed for organizations that want to use vast amounts of customer data for marketing, outreach, and promotional purposes. It is used by brands as diverse as The Coca-Cola Company, Marriott International, General Motors, and Real Madrid.
