The next Women in Residential Property (WiRP) Business Forum event will tackle real-world AI applications across law, real estate, and practice.
This in-person event, hosted by WiRP Chair and Foote Anstee Partner Rebecca Kibby in Bristol on 23 July, will explore how AI is being applied in real-world, practical ways across the residential property sector.
A panel of experts will also join Kibby in leading the discussion.
Kim Bird, AI Implementation Lead at HM Land Registry: Kim is responsible for driving the adoption and safe and ethical delivery of AI within the organization. Bird will work on AI strategy, implementation, governance, capacity building, and organizational maturation to help HMLR move from experimenting with AI to embedding it as a sustainable business capability.
Hannah Howard-Jones, Chartered Surveyor: Hannah has 20 years of experience in residential real estate. Currently, she is a consultant with Data Clan, a specialist data company that brings together her real estate, data, and technology expertise to solve real-world real estate challenges.
Jess McQuillan, Chief Operating Officer at GetGround, said: GetGround is an AI-powered real estate investment platform. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Jess qualified as a financial lawyer at Simmons & Simmons LLP. She previously worked as a senior legal advisor at LendInvest in the real estate finance market.
Tasha Price, founder of Dottie Lettings and Dottie Consulting, said: Tasha is the founder of Northwich-based letting agency Dottie Lettings and Dottie Consulting, which supports agents with administration, compliance and operational efficiency. Tasha advocates for the practical and responsible use of AI in leasing, helping agents streamline processes while maintaining the human judgment and personal service the industry requires.
Sarah Wilson, Executive Director of IT at Foot Anstey, said: Sara has over 25 years of experience driving technology change in organizations. She spent 10 years working in legal technology at a local law firm before moving to the BBC’s design and engineering team, where she delivered some of its flagship online products before moving into the finance and banking sector.
