Microsoft introduced it A completely free video creation tool called Bing Video Creatoris designed to generate 5-second clips using only text prompts. Powered by Openai's SORA model, this new feature allows users to create videos without cameras, editing tools, or technical experiences. It is another step in Microsoft's strategy to make AI tools widely accessible and attractive, as available through the Bing Mobile app.

How Bing Video Creator works

The tool is easy to use: Download the Bing app, tap the menu at the bottom right and select “Video Creator.”. Alternatively, you can enter a prompt such as “Dog driving a race car” above the Bing Search Bar. In seconds, you'll receive a short vertical format video optimized for social media platforms like Tiktok.

Each user gets 10 generations free of chargeand by redeeming Microsoft Rewards points, you can generate additional videos. You can also queue up to three prompts at a time, or receive notifications when each clip is ready. All videos are stored for 90 days, giving users time to quickly download or share their works.
