Cyberpunk 2077’s upcoming Phantom Liberty DLC will completely overhaul how the game is played, VGC reports.
In an interview with creative director Pawel Sasko and quest designer Despoina Anetaki, the game’s “every core main system” was either “extremely redone or heavily updated.”

Sasco also said that the development team is looking to implement some of these overhauls into the base game as well, so even those who don’t buy the Phantom Liberty expansion will benefit to some extent.
