In this clip from Data Summit 2026, Michael Vasicek, senior vice president of sales and AI enablement at Airo Digital Labs, identifies seven business use cases for agent AI implemented at Airo Digital and delves into two use cases that improve operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
Seven agent examples (business use cases) include:
- procurement advisor agency
- supplier performance manager agent
- contract negotiation agent
- Supplier Qualifiers and Onboarding
- Active Directory agent
- Call center agent companion
- predictive maintenance agent
“Almost all of this is relatable even to people who don’t work in this industry like we do,” Vasicek said.
For example, in the case of contracts, he recommended that you take a specific type of contract and put it in a SharePoint folder, and that becomes a small language model from which you can pull data.
“In this case, instead of having the legal team spend hours checking everything off a checklist, they can input the new contract into an AI tool that will automatically rewrite the contract based on the already approved contract,” Vasicek said.
