AI tools are increasingly being used to support documentation, communication, planning, and information management across industries. A new three-day workshop, “AI-Enabled Project Management,” is designed to help professionals learn responsible and practical ways to use AI to enhance their project management practices and workflows.

Led by Daryl Agee, an adjunct professor in the Pamplin College of Business and an experienced project management practitioner and trainer, this workshop explores how AI can support project planning, communication, documentation, and workflow management through hands-on exercises based on project management fundamentals.
No coding or AI technical background required. This workshop is built around real-world project management scenarios and focuses on real-world workplace applications.
Participants will use AI to:
- Draft and revise project communications.
- Organize meeting notes and action items.
- Create structured project documentation.
- Develop repeatable templates and workflows.
- Support stakeholder updates and reports.
- Improve consistency across project processes.
- Streamline information gathering and organization.
Organizations are encouraged to send teams to help colleagues develop shared workflows and practical approaches together.
