Florida Crystals Corporation selects platform to drive S/4HANA modernization
Lemongrass, a specialist SAP cloud transformation partner, announces the general availability of LCP AI SaaS Edition to identify opportunities to accelerate SAP transformation and business AI adoption. This is a significant advancement for the LCP AI platform, introducing native integration with SAP and leading hyperscaler platforms, and AI-driven analysis of SAP design and customization documentation.
Florida Crystals Corporation, a vertically integrated sugarcane company, is one of the first customers to adopt the new platform as part of its ongoing S/4HANA modernization program. Lemongrass is working with Florida Crystals to reduce the complexity of custom code and establish a clean core SAP architecture where customizations are modernized outside of the SAP core to increase agility, simplify future upgrades, and enable AI readiness.

LCP AI SaaS Edition introduces two key features that distinguish it from previous releases. First, native integration with the hyperscalar AI harness and integration with the newly released SAP Business AI platform. This means customers can tailor LCP AI to their preferred AI governance solution.
The solution then scans the entire future design of your SAP transformation, highlighting opportunities for simplification, clean core improvements, and rapid adoption of business AI. This gives customers unparalleled insight into the details of future solutions before running test cycles, and allows businesses to see AI in action as quickly as possible.
Clean Core is a central pillar of SAP’s modernization strategy, encouraging organizations to keep their ERP environments as close to standard as possible with minimal customization. This allows customers to significantly reduce the cost, time and complexity of SAP modernization, while also reducing risk throughout the transformation journey.
Last year, Lemongrass announced LCP AI Accelerator for Clean Core, an agent on the LCP AI platform. It quickly analyzes SAP customizations and dependencies, groups related objects, generates functional specifications, and aligns results with SAP Signavio and LeanIX process models. This allows enterprises to accelerate clean core remediation and modernization plans at scale. LCP AI Accelerator is now available at store.sap.com.
