Neelesh Rastogi is honored for his contributions as a senior machine learning engineer at Mosaic Clinical Technologies
Mr. Rastogi is an artificial intelligence engineer and technology innovator.
Columbus, Ohio, May 20, 2026 /24-7 Press Release/ — Neelesh Rastogi has been named Marquis Who’s Who. As with all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, the individuals profiled are selected based on current baseline values. Factors such as position, notable accomplishments, name recognition, and prominence are all considered during the selection process.
Mr. Rastogi, an artificial intelligence engineer and technology innovator, currently serves as a senior machine learning engineer at Mosaic Clinical Technologies, a position he has held since 2025. In this role, he works with the team to provide updates and address roadblocks that arise during project development. Mr. Rastogi also participates in cross-functional meetings to monitor progress and organizational priorities, allocates time to contributors to implement ideas discussed, and conducts leadership synchronization to ensure continued alignment and progress of technical efforts. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Mosaic Clinical Technologies is recognized as the technology services arm of Radiology Partners and is responsible for driving the future of radiology as a fully cloud-native and artificial intelligence-native operating system.
Prior to joining Mosaic Clinical Technologies, Mr. Rastogi held the position of Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Radiology Partners from 2023 to 2025. From 2020 to 2023, he was a machine learning engineer at Radiology Partners. In these roles, he contributed to high-impact efforts to expand the reach and effectiveness of AI in medical diagnostics. His expertise in artificial intelligence systems and operational implementation has helped drive scalable innovation across the organization. In 2022, Mr. Rastogi also served as MLOps Advisor for LivedX, providing strategic guidance on machine learning operations and infrastructure optimization in the education sector.
For the past several years, Mr. Rastogi has focused on improving radiology turnaround times in the U.S. health system through AI-powered workflow optimization and infrastructure modernization. Recognizing that patients often wait up to a week for X-ray results, leading to delays in treatment and increased reliance on painkillers, we helped develop a solution that reduces turnaround time from one week to approximately two seconds. This result significantly increases operational efficiency and speeds patient access to diagnostic information.
From 2018 to 2020, Mr. Rastogi worked as an AI engineer at First Blush AI. There he developed predictive machine learning applications focused on healthcare-oriented use cases. Early in his career, Mr. Rastogi was a research assistant in the Leslie H. and William L. Collins School of Professional Studies at St. John’s University from 2015 to 2018. His research focused on the intersection of oncology and machine learning, specifically the analysis of social media data to develop predictive models of medical outcomes. One notable project involved the use of Twitter data to predict salmonella and influenza outbreaks in New York up to six months in advance, a contribution that earned recognition from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and significant citations within academia.
In 2018, Mr. Rastogi also served as a chatbot architect at St. John’s University in New York City, where he designed conversational AI systems that leveraged natural language processing technology before large-scale language models became mainstream. His professional journey began in 2015-2016 as an application developer at Blue Water Trade Winds, an India-based navigation optimization suite, where he gained foundational experience in software development and project implementation.
Mr. Rastogi earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in mathematics and computer science from St. John’s University in 2019. I then completed graduate level courses beyond my bachelor’s degree and continued to pursue knowledge throughout my career.
Mr. Rastogi has several certifications contributing to his expertise, including Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera, Preprocessing Unstructured Data for LLM Applications from DeepLearning.AI, and Fundamentals of AI Agents from Hugging Face. These qualifications reflect his continued focus on staying current with rapidly evolving advances in artificial intelligence systems and research.
Mr. Rastogi’s continued involvement in the artificial intelligence community is reflected in his participation in the industry as a program committee member of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence starting in 2024. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he has demonstrated civic engagement with SR Mosaic, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Relay for Life, TED Conferences LLC, and others.
Mr. Rastogi’s academic contributions as a researcher include co-authoring several publications through Academic Radiology and being featured in The International FLAIRS Conference Proceedings and the 32nd International Florida Artificial Intelligence Research Association Conference. He was also recognized for his presentation at BIOSTEC 2020. Mr. Rastogi attributes his success to a strong support system of family, friends, and professors who believed in him. He also expressed gratitude to his parents for taking charge of their own tasks, allowing him to grow academically and professionally without putting too much strain on himself.
Mr. Rastogi envisions further establishing himself by promoting innovative initiatives aimed at improving the environment by modernizing daily habits and creating opportunities for more meaningful pursuits. He is currently developing a structured program designed to help individuals more effectively utilize the tools available to him, with the potential to organize conferences to foster community discussion, and is actively networking with local governments while identifying opportunities for broader implementation across Ohio communities. While maintaining a firm commitment to leadership and excellence in artificial intelligence research, Mr. Rastogi continues to integrate resources available to young professionals seeking further involvement in the community.
