Your job:

As part of ATML Applied Machine Learning, we will develop scalable high-performance computing technology that can train large-scale machine learning models on Europe’s largest supercomputer.
In more detail, your works are:

  • Developing scalable and efficient training algorithms for various applications
  • Identifying and implementing new applications of ML in science and technology
  • Effectively and efficiently use machines for AI to support supercomputer users.
  • Contribute to expanding training programs on supercomputer AI
  • Join the national and international ML/DL community, especially the AI ​​community, helmholtz.ai (https://www.helmholtz.ai/).
  • Presenting research results as scientific conferences, conferences, and scientific papers

Your Profile:

  • Excellent master’s degree or preferably doctorate in computer science, mathematics, physics, natural/engineering sciences, or similar
  • Broad interest in scientific topics
  • Good knowledge of AI and applied machine learning
  • Hands-on experience with high performance computing systems, parallel/distributed programming and/or solid UNIX skills
  • Hands-on experience with ML/DL workflows and common software libraries
  • Your experience should be documented in a research paper or open source code project.
  • Self-motivated personality, curiosity to tackle scientifically difficult problems in an interdisciplinary team environment
  • Excellent ability to read, write and speak English
