Speed up your creation with Firefly AI Assistant
Adobe also announced a new Firefly AI assistant (coming soon) that allows users to interact in natural language. Based on human instructions, agents can build workflows, ask contextual follow-up questions, offer suggestions, and report results. You can also organize and share your work, interpret feedback, and automatically apply changes with the Frame.io collaboration platform.
Agents have access to pre-built skills built specifically for specific workflows, such as portrait retouching. They take the time to learn from creators, decide on their preferred tools, workflows, and aesthetics, and maintain lasting memories throughout the session. This carries over to other Adobe apps, so developers don’t have to start from scratch with each one.
Higginson explained that the primary use case for the Firefly AI assistant is for creative teams seeking input from department owners, such as questions about color or brand consistency. In a demo at the event, Adobe illustrated this with a campaign from a major travel company. Feedback was folded in “near real time” and localized across languages and countries.
