In a recent interview, she said that within three years, business leaders should be able to determine whether their companies are delivering on the range of services and insights enabled by AI, and emphasized that to do so, leaders must first have a deep understanding of AI. She even emphasized that if leaders don’t understand AI, they won’t be able to make the necessary changes and lead their companies.
