Through this collaboration, faculty members OCCCThe Social Sciences, Business, IT and Community Outreach and Education departments have access to training, curated curriculum resources, and ongoing support designed to prepare students for careers in the rapidly growing field of AI/ML.

Launched in February 2025 with the first MLU-HBCU AI/ML Tearching and Research Symposium, this extensive program offers two four-day summer bootcamps covering machine learning and generation AI, two four-day summer bootcamps that include intensive technical training for AWS AI/ML services, access to curriculum development resources, and industry resources, and access to programs.
