I'm reading Antrepreneur India, an international franchise of entrepreneur media.

India's Generating AI Ecosystem remains capable and has a long way to go. Among some are Ankush Sabharwal and his human-centered, conversational AI platform company Corover – leading the race. “Our main inspiration was to revolutionize the human experience through artificial intelligence (AI). We were to foster a world where technology can seamlessly integrate into everyday life, amplify happiness and simplify the complexity of all.”

Founded in 2016, the startup recently raised Series A funding and competes with Bhavish Aggarwal's Krutrim AI and Sarvam AI. Currently, Corover boasts a total of 1.3 billion users. It is known for its unique indigenous LLM, Bharatgpt, one of the greatest early challenges. “When we started, AI in conversation was still an early field and persuading companies to adopt AI-driven solutions was challenging. Many people were skeptical about the reliability and effectiveness of AI assistants,” he said.

To address this issue, Corover prioritized the implementation of pilot projects that showcase concrete results, including increased user engagement, increased efficiency in customer support, and significant cost savings. “Real world success stories helped us build trust and confidence in our platform,” he added. The solution has been deployed by IRCTC, NPCI, SEBI and Google and gives it some names.

The three startup USPs feature a human-centric, conversational AI platform with 10 times faster implementation, an enterprise-grade virtual assistant, and conversation (video-voice) commerce. The suite of conversational AI products includes Corobuilder, Coroassist, Corogivance, Coropayments, Coronotifier, Coroonboarding, CorovoiceCommerce, Corovideocommerce, Coroforms, Coroanalytics, Corotranslate, and more. For the past four years, Corover has been anchored in four pillars: scientific research, technological advancement, growth strategies, and human-centered design.

In August 2024, Corover accelerated Bharatgpt by participating in the Nvidia Inception program. “Our mission is to accelerate revenue acceleration, optimize operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and redefine the future of innovation and entrepreneurship that ultimately driven AI,” concluded Sabalwal.
