After Israel launched an unprecedented bombing campaign on June 13th, enemies in the Middle East traded catastrophic missile attacks.

More strikes remained 900 people died in Iran and 28 died in Israel (Archive Link).

A ceasefire between Iran and Israel came into effect on June 24th.

The manufactured CNN video surfaced elsewhere on Facebook, YouTube and Tiktok, earning over 1 million views in total.

Several users seem to believe the report is authentic.

“Very good Iran. Peace. God blesses Iran and Israel.”

“Iran is a good job. You should be humble,” another said.

Emily Kuhn, Senior Vice President of Communications at CNN, has rejected this post.

“This is a fake video and has never been aired on CNN,” Kuhn told AFP on July 2.

This video also includes an AI-generated sign.

Compared to the Iranians' real CNN coverage at the pro-government rally on June 25th, the “live” label above the CNN logo is incorrect, with the usual timestamps and the names of the news programs being made up of cluttered characters.

Despite advances in the meteors of the generated AI, the content that has been generated will display errors. These defects are the best way to recognize manufactured images.

The overly smooth skin and hair of the protesters suggest that the video was generated by AI, as AFP has shown that it has not been discovered in the video tutorial before.
