A St. George-based digital transformation company, Vasion is actively moving to the next stage of growth thanks to a series of product upgrades and strategic investments that reduce global positioning. The launch of the product in June 2025 brought about significant enhancements across three main themes: security, simplicity and sustainability, thanks to the expansion of AI capabilities and the opening of a new Frankfurt office.

Enterprise-grade security
Security is the basis of Vasion's roadmap, with the launch in June introducing several new features targeting regulatory industries such as healthcare, finance and government. AI-driven automation
The June release is based on Vasion's vision of simplifying IT management using AI. Vasion Automate, AI-powered document interrogation engine (Currently in Beta) Teams can use natural language to manage print queues and configuration settings, eliminating manual processes and file uploads.
Vasion's AI-powered Document Interrogation Enginedeveloped using Amazon Bedrock, Guardrails, and Rekognition to further automate how documents are processed and classified.
“Having AI handles routine configurations frees up IT teams and focuses on high-value strategic work,” ErcanBrack said.

Simplified integration and migration

In addition to improving workflow, Vasion has started a Sustainability Beta Program This allows users to offset environmental impacts through certified planting initiatives. This illustrates the transition from general green branding to practical environmental accountability.
“Environmental goals must be integrated into the product experience itself,” Elkancrablack noted. “This is how we can help businesses print with purpose.”

Interoperability and real-time monitoring
The platform has been enhanced Output Console Provides a live dashboard of all your printing activities to the enterprise. In June, Vasion opened its new Frankfurt office, which now serves as a European hub for customer engagement and hands-on training. “We've already been flying our partners for a few days of sessions,” Elkancrack said. “It's modern, collaborative, built for real interaction.”
Vasion, close to home, invests in talent development through a partnership with Utah University of Technology To support new certificate programs for aspiring engineers. “We've had about 50 students on the scene recently,” he said. “They met our engineers, asked questions and saw firsthand how innovation happens here.”
Looking ahead
Vasion's next major release is scheduled for October 2025, with Ercanbrack suggesting that AI will continue to take the central stage. “We're working on removing friction from our workflows while keeping ahead of the next thing,” he said. “It's about helping our customers get the real work done.
