Decidr unveils a new AI platform with growth faculty and provides 24/7 advice from top global leadership mentors.
As ASX (DAI)'s only pure AI software provider, Decidr is proud to have launched AI Mentor, the first platform designed for business leaders, created in collaboration with Australia's most important destinations for world-class leadership development, growth faculty.
The platform is currently available and available here https://thegrowthfaculty.com/ai-mentors
AI Mentors provide 24/7 access to contextual speaker-specific advice from some of the world's most respected leadership thinkers powered by Decidr's multi-agent decision-making engine, and showcase tailored AI agents trained in the personal style of a network of mentors of publicly available materials, event content and growth faculty.
Each AI mentor will provide instant, contextually relevant advice according to the user's questions and assignments, drawing directly from each speaker's framework, tone, and specialization.
At launch, AI Mentor will feature digital versions of globally recognized advisors such as Kevin Lawrence, John Spence, Mark Green and Andrea Clarke, adding more mentors in the coming months. Each AI mentor is developed in collaboration with the original speaker to ensure brand and intellectual integrity.
Karen Beatty, founder and CEO of Growth Teacher, said: “Our goal was to connect leaders with the brightest minds and business thinkers in the world. AI mentors will expand their vision in a completely new way.
“We've been working hard to get the better of our customers,” said David Brudenell, executive director of Decidr. “This is the best agent AI at Agent AI. It connects the right insights to the right people at the right moment. We are gradually changing the corporate learning, development and sourcing landscape from working with Careerone, Go1, Elmo and now a growth teacher who understands growth opportunities.
The AI Mentoring Platform is designed to increase access, engagement and value across the entire learning ecosystem of growth teachers. It gives users on-demand access to reliable advice, whether they miss a live event or need real-time guidance. The speakers will provide new channels to attract audiences, generate insights and build residual revenue between events.
“We're a great leader in our work,” said Kevin Lawrence, author, CEO and executive team advisor and one of the platform's first AI mentors. “It helped my leaders stay grounded and stay strong, and my AI mentor will expand that support to me.
Development of the AI Mentoring Platform began in late 2024. It is expected that more mentoring, features and integrations will be rolled out in 2025.
