Hi, I'm Faith from Face World Media. In this video, I want to talk about some great AI tools that your favorite creators and small business owners are already using. First, Otter AI uses AI to convert conversations into text, allowing media teams like ours to focus on storytelling instead of repetitive tasks like transcription, note taking, and action items. Otter also has some very powerful features like auto-generating meeting summaries, highlighting key points, and creating show notes and bullet points. My favorite part of it is the notable quotes, which are very useful for podcast production. Show Notes Like Otter Fathom AI is an AI-powered meeting assistant created to streamline meeting note taking. We use it and love how it integrates with our favorite virtual meeting platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. This allows you to focus on the conversation instead of taking notes. Fam gives you concise summaries and key points, action items, and even highlighted discussion topics. It feels like having a personal assistant or intern right next to you. Next is scripting. This uses a text-based approach to edit any video or audio. It transcribes audio or video from clips or recordings and manipulates the text. This is a huge time saver especially for tasks like cutting out unwanted sections or rearranging the order of content. In addition to video editing, descript deeply integrates AI into audio production, offering highly complex tools like overdub, which duplicates the actual audio to make audio corrections without having to re-record. This speeds up the production process significantly, especially when you make a mistake, because we all make mistakes. You can remove S with one click. This is perfect for creators like me who produce not only podcasts but also YouTube videos. If you haven't heard of Swell AI and you're a podcaster, you should give it a listen. Swell AI turns your podcasts and videos into not just transcripts, but show notes articles, summaries, titles, newsletters, and even social posts. It also has a chatbot on board, which learns your content from your podcast recordings and lets you share the chatbot with your listeners to explore the episode and its content in their own words. This is when we basically discovered the idea of content repurposing. This is where munch AI comes in. munch is one of the most popular AI content reuse platforms on the market today, with competitors like opus up magic and video AI, and descript with its new AI clip feature. But when it comes to content reuse, we like munch the most because it's designed for more serious creators and small business owners. Plus, munch offers what they call a scoring system, so when you look at, say, 30-50 clips, you don't have to guess which ones are likely to rank. They will resonate with your market audience. So you can prioritize those clips. DI IO is unique in that it changes the way you create videos without being on camera. If you're not good with cameras, listen up. The platform uses AI to create studio-quality videos with realistic avatars to deliver your message with different tones. You can choose from a variety of avatars, but you also get the added benefit of turning yourself into an avatar and not having to sit in front of a camera. It's really easy to use. You can turn your blog posts and powerpoints into video presentations, and even animate your avatar's lips and facial expressions to make them look even more realistic. The next app we looked at was an AI app called the Pka Labs project. With just a few prompts and clicks, you can turn images and text into videos. Typically, AI-powered video and generation tools are very expensive. But with tools like Pika, content creation is within the reach of everyone, whether you're a creator or a small business owner. We've used tools like Google Gemini and chat TPT to generate ideas. But we always make sure to get a human involved. ID can turn existing photos, scripts, and even voice recordings into truly compelling videos. One of the areas they're focusing on is making it easier to scale and local, making it even more suitable for global businesses. Throughout 2023, we will leverage ID's capabilities to generate lifelike digital avatars and speak-speaking portraits for Shangwei Art. At Shangwei Art, we have dedicated our lives to the study of women and Chinese history, spending over a decade painting the empresses of many dynasties with sophisticated cultural backgrounds and centuries-old stories. D ID directly uses the portraits within these paintings to bring these stories to life through speaking portraits, engaging people of different generations, abilities, and even languages. The Adobe software suite has always been essential for media teams. However, it used to be expensive and for professionals. Adobe Express was introduced to change that. So, from 2024 onwards, it has become the Swiss Army knife and the go-to tool for designing thumbnails for blog posts and social media YouTube and more. The latest mobile app gives you access to powerful features such as converting text prompts to images, adding or moving objects from the photo editor, converting voice to character, a multitude of ready-to-use templates and brand kits, and a vast asset library of Adobe stock footage. What's more, you can also leverage other tools and assets you've created previously as part of Adobe in Adobe Express. I hope you liked this list. Let me know in the comments what other tools I missed or what your favorite tools are. I'd love to keep the conversation going.
