Zoom has introduced a unique AI-powered product aimed at keeping business information up-to-date within its video conferencing app.
The first feature of the new service, called Zoom IQ, will help you summarize Zoom meeting conversations that took place while you were away. These summaries can be accessed through the Zoom team his chat or email without initiating any kind of recording. Meeting organizers also receive an overall overview to share with the group or keep a record of.
The second feature allows you to use AI to generate messages within Zoom. This will help you develop tone, grammar, and overall good speech for communicating in an online business environment.
Zoom IQ is essentially a branded version of AI business products already deployed by competitors, such as features integrated into Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.

In addition to the two introductory features, Zoom IQ will eventually have five additional features coming soon, including email, chat thread overview, whiteboard prompts and generation tools for development. Zoom has even more features planned for the next few months.
The first two features are currently launching as Zoom IQ free trials, but the brand has not released any further pricing information.
The service is available through Zoom One packages with Enterprise Plus, Enterprise, Business Plus, Business and Pro plans, as well as various legacy bundles such as Enterprise Named Host, Enterprise Active Host, Zoom Meetings Enterprise, Zoom Meetings Business and Zoom . meeting pro.
In early November 2022, Zoom hinted at plans to introduce and expand new productivity features such as team chat, whiteboards and meeting options to compete with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Zoom IQ is racing to catch up with proprietary AI tools and looks like the first step in that process.
