Wipro Ltd., a technology services and consulting company, and Kognitos Inc., a provider of generative artificial intelligence automation and a portfolio company of Wipro Ventures, announce a partnership to deploy enterprise-ready GEN AI-based business automation solutions Did. Additionally, Wipro's corporate investment arm, Wipro Ventures, invested in Cognitos as part of the company's Series A funding round.
Wipro's digital operations and platform business leverages Kognitos' platform to improve productivity. The platform automates business process workflows for enterprises in use cases such as order management, contact centers, and financial accounting services. Wipro's treasury shared services team also uses the platform to manage processes such as collection accounting and complex reconciliations.

Kognitos allows users to automate business processes using plain human language. Its natural language processing capabilities make it easy to deploy and handle a variety of use cases, moving exception handling to business users and reducing the burden on IT.
