SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., March 12, 2026 (Globe Newswire) — Avahi, a Premier Partner of Amazon Web Services (AWS), today announced the launch of its first webinar series, starting with a session dedicated to the healthcare industry, “AI Agent Implementation Framework.”

Jack Singh, Avahi CEO
This free virtual event, scheduled for March 18th at 1pm EST, is designed for healthcare executives and decision makers who want a clear, jargon-free understanding of what AI agents are actually doing within healthcare systems today and how to assess whether the technology is right for their organization.
According to a recent study from the American Hospital Association, hospitals will spend more than $1 trillion on labor costs in 2025, an increase of 5.6% from the previous year. The AHA also reports that hospitals will spend nearly $18 billion in 2025 just to reverse claim denials and an estimated $43 billion to collect payments that insurance companies must make for care already provided. These increased workforce and administrative pressures make it increasingly important for healthcare organizations to identify technologies that can reduce burden, improve efficiency, and protect already-stressed profit margins.
But for many executives, the path from “I’ve heard of AI” to “I’ve deployed working AI” remains unclear. Avahi built this webinar specifically to fill that gap, helping healthcare leaders identify where AI agents can deliver meaningful ROI and how to move from exploration to implementation with confidence.
“Healthcare leaders don’t need a new technology proposition; we provide a practical framework for identifying where AI can deliver measurable value and a trusted partner who can help them move from idea to implementation,” said Jack Singh, CEO of Avahi. “This webinar is designed to help healthcare organizations separate hype from opportunity, focus on the right use cases, and take next steps with confidence.”
This webinar features Sergio Romero, Head of Presales at Avahi, and Brian O’Malley, Generative AI PDS Specialist at AWS, who will share strategic and technical guidance for healthcare organizations evaluating AI agent deployment.
What will participants take home?
This session is built for business outcomes, not technical details. Participants will have a clear understanding of:
- Explaining in plain language what AI agents actually do in medical settings
- From reducing front desk bottlenecks to expediting clinical documentation, where you can get the most operational results
- What separates a successful AI implementation from an ineffective and costly pilot?
- How to start small, quickly prove value, and scale with confidence
A pivotal moment for healthcare AI
A recent Deloitte study found that healthcare is entering a new phase of AI adoption, with the focus shifting from experimentation to operational impact. The report found that more than 80% of healthcare executives expect agent and generative AI to deliver moderate to significant value across clinical, business, and back-office functions by 2026. The question is no longer whether AI agents will play a role in healthcare operations, but how quickly and responsibly and effectively organizations can deploy them.
Avahi’s webinars are designed to help healthcare executives answer that question in their own words.
