She also works as an international AI educator for a US-based company operating in more than 160 countries. “By building a global AI community, we are helping to develop German and English-speaking markets,” she says. “The focus is on how business professionals can integrate AI into their workflows to give them faster, smarter, and more creative freedom.”

Today, Klass has made her mission to help entrepreneurs and brands expand their presence, simplify production and create marks in digital spaces.

However, only when she began working for AI could she fully realize that possibility. “In the beginning, I realized how quickly avatars can be created. Then I saw how AI generates an entire video scene without a camera. Finally, this technology is not just a shortcut, it's a conversion,” she says. “We're witnessing the beginning of AI-driven films. I think we'll be seeing the first full-length, AI-generated films by 2026. The tools aren't fully there yet, but they're moving fast – and efficiency can't be denied.”

Her focus on AI has led me to realize that its impact is broadly raging. “The more I studied AI, the more I realized it would redefine how we live, work and work,” says Klass. “In the near future, we won't be typing on our laptop or tapping on our phone. We'll communicate with our AI agents via voice, chips or wearables. Everything is based on quick, driven execution.

The fear that artificial intelligence will steal our work has resonated with the industry for years. But Klass quickly dispels those concerns. “There's the truth here. AI doesn't make videos. Artists do,” she says. “AI is a tool, but direction, style, emotional tone, and visual accuracy come from the person behind it, so expertise is important.” She further explains that good AI videos are not just a one-click solution, but a curated process that combines creative direction and technical skills. “The person behind the video must be able to understand camera movements, film lighting, scene composition, color theory, storytelling and translate all of that into AI-generated prompts and assets,” adds Klass.

One interesting fact about Klass is that she was building her business in the old fashioned way long before AI became a powerful tool.

Her first entrepreneurial spirit took place in Germany in 2010, starting her B2B business in the high-end beauty industry, specializing in permanent makeup. “In 2016, I was featured on one of Germany's biggest national television shows, which made it widely known in Germany, Austria and Switzerland,” recalls Klass. “The appearance of that television has greatly enhanced my brand and brought me well-known clients, including politicians and public figures who traveled specifically to work with me or attend my academy.”

By 2018, she had expanded her business by opening her own permanent makeup academy, an online store for German-made tattoo machines and pigments, and a mobile education app (the first mobile education app in the niche) that offers flexible digital learning. “The German market at the time was ideal for what I was doing,” recalls Klass. “I entered early before the great demand for permanent makeup services and established myself as an expert with a media presence. It helped me build a trusted brand in a market that was hardly competitive at the time, on social media, the media, and national television.”

After building a strong foundation in Germany, Klass moved to the UAE with the idea of ​​starting a business in the fields of beauty and education. Still, she faced serious construction delays when launching a beauty salon. “The quality of work was far below expectations. We faced construction errors that we could not imagine in Germany,” says Klass. “As from Germany, where craftsmanship was taken seriously and precisely predicted, this experience pushed me to my limits. I learned that what works in one country cannot be expected in another country.

However, in the quiet aftermath, a silver lining appeared. Pause gave the class time, reassessment, redirects, and ultimately discovering new paths. “While construction continued, I started learning about AI using downtime. I started experimenting with avatars and automation tools. I signed up for an international training program and slowly began laying the foundations for a new business model,” she says. “In March 2023, I finally opened a salon – five and a half months late. And in October 2023, after careful reflection, I sold my business and moved completely into the digital space.

In a fast-capable environment in Europe's structured, process-driven economy, and in the UAE's fast opportunity-rich environment, Klass' adaptability serves as a roadmap for those scaling across borders. “The setup is cheap, but maintaining a business in Germany is much more demanding due to high taxes, complicated reporting and certain government obligations,” she says. “The United Arab Emirates are against it. It requires higher upfront investments, but the ongoing costs are lower and the system is more flexible for entrepreneurs.”

Ultimately, Klass' deep understanding of AI is not a departure from her entrepreneurial roots. That's their evolution. Based on years of building and managing companies across the continent, her approach to AI is practical, strategic and refreshing. What advice does she give to fellow business leaders? “What we're looking at in 2025 is just the beginning. I believe that by 2027 AI will be fully integrated into most businesses, so I do what I do. I will help entrepreneurs move right now before the waves become overwhelming.

Start small, but start now. “For creative professionals looking to integrate AI, the best first step is to explore tools that complement existing workflows. There are AI tools that can save time and amplify the output, such as design, content, photos, videos, or branding.”

Don't aim for perfection. I'm aiming to do an experiment. “Focus on mastering one tool at a time, and most importantly, understand fast engineering. That's a real superpower. AI is as good as the instructions you give it. You don't need to be a programmer – you need to be a creative director who knows how to speak the language of AI.”

AI is not a magic button. “The biggest mistake I'm seeing? People are underestimating how much skill and strategy it still needs. It's not going to replace creativity – it reinforces it. But only if you know what you're doing. The worst assumption is, “AI does it for me” No, you do it, and AI helps you make it better and faster. ”

Don't wait for the perfect timing or the perfect tool. “In this space, perfection is your enemy. A victory in speed and adaptability. If you're too heavily you'll miss the waves. The tools will improve, but the competition will also improve. AI rewards creativity as well as technical skills.
