On January 28, Samsung SDS held ‘Enterprise AI Connect 2026’ at Magellan Hall on the Jamsil campus, where it announced its AI full stack strategy tailored to enterprises and its vision for global technology partnerships.
The event was held in the wake of Samsung SDS becoming the first Korean company to sign a reseller partnership agreement with OpenAI. The seminar aimed to share AI deployment strategies in enterprise environments and share real-world insights on AI operations. The seminar attracted high interest and attracted over 500 participants, including decision makers and practitioners from the IT, security, and AI fields.

During the panel discussion, Secta9ine and Hanatour, who adopted ChatGPT Enterprise through Samsung SDS, shared the background behind their implementation and real-world use cases.

Hanatour introduces H-AI, the industry’s first multi-AI agent-based service, delivering differentiated AI-powered services such as 24/7 real-time customer service and hyper-personalized tour product recommendations. The company recently announced its AI First Company vision, highlighting its strategy to deploy AI technology across the enterprise, including B2C, B2B, and B2B2C, to improve operational efficiency and customer experience alike.
Tae-gwon Kim, IT director at Hanatour, said the main factor behind the adoption was a strong security architecture that ensures internal corporate data is not used to train AI models. The company also attracted a lot of attention with a live demonstration of employees actually using AI in their work.
Meanwhile, Samsung SDS announced that in addition to Secta9ine and hanatour, who participated in the panel discussion, it is currently signing contracts with multiple companies to hire ChatGPT Enterprise. Samsung SDS also noted that inquiries for AI implementation from various industries including manufacturing, retail, finance, and public sector are rapidly increasing.
