IRVING, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Vizient® is currently accepting applications for the 2026 Innovative Technology Exchange. The program is an annual program that connects medical device and technology companies with healthcare decision makers across the country. The event will be held in Las Vegas in September during the Vizient Connections Summit. The application deadline is April 17th, and you can apply here.

The Innovative Technology Exchange provides selected suppliers the opportunity to demonstrate new technologies to supply chain and clinical leaders at Vizient client hospitals, as well as subject matter experts who serve on the Vizient Provider Council. Attendees will showcase how their solutions improve clinical outcomes, enhance safety, and drive meaningful improvements in healthcare delivery and business models.

This event is a key component of Vizient’s Innovative Technology Program, a provider-driven process that includes rigorous product reviews by councils and task forces. Participation in the Exchange may result in a contract or designation of Vizient Innovative Technology.

“When a technology is identified as innovative through Vizient’s provider-driven review process, it demonstrates strong potential to address real-world clinical and operational challenges,” said Kelly Flaharty, Vizient’s associate vice president of contract operations, who leads the program. “The Innovative Technology Exchange allows healthcare providers to directly engage with new solutions and assess their relevance in today’s healthcare environment.”

The Innovative Technology Program supports Vizient provider clients by identifying technologies with demonstrated potential to improve performance, outcomes, and value across the health system. Since 2003, Vizient has reviewed more than 1,700 technologies as part of the program.
