a Google Lens Searching for video keyframes led me to post on my official YouTube channel Narendra ModiIt featured the speech of the Prime Minister, who was in public function, held in Pallank, Kanpur, on June 3, 2022. In this video, the PM mod was shown in the same outfit and background as seen in the virus clip.
We skimmed through the entire video and found no instances of the Prime Minister making the statements shown in the virus clip. PM Modi transcription address No such comments were included at the event either.
Careful analysis of the clip revealed that the Prime Minister's lip movements looked unnatural and the lower jaw area appears blurry/stained.
