Former AT Kearney senior partner presents AI governance architecture for enterprise agent systems
BARNRUPT, Germany, April 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Bruce N. Klassen, former senior partner and global high tech industry practice leader at AT Kearney, founded VeroNex VERLAG to address what he calls the most dangerous gap in enterprise AI: the lack of a governance layer between agentic autonomous AI and the humans using its output.
“All large companies are deploying AI agents in operational, financial, and customer service areas,” Klassen said. “But no one verifies what those agents produce before they take action. Agents aren’t audited. It’s not an AI issue. It’s a governance issue. And governance is something we built.”
VeroNex VERLAG develops Strategic Intelligence Protocols (SIP), an LLM-agnostic architecture that manages the output of any AI system, regardless of its model, platform, or vendor. All output generated under SIP governance includes a machine-readable validation receipt that categorizes each claim as verified, hypothetical, or deleted. No unverified output reaches decision makers.
As of January 2026, the company has registered 52 intellectual property rights with the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), including governance architectures, validation protocols, and agent control systems.
“Big consulting firms sell AI strategies. Big tech companies sell AI models. We don’t sell them. We apply technology that works for large organizations, technology that prevents AI agents from producing unchecked results, because we’ve developed an architecture to control them.”
Klassen brings 40 years of experience in strategic, operational and technology transformation, including successes at Microsoft, Qualcomm, ABB, Volkswagen, FedEx, Cisco and Fluor Daniel, as well as work in North America, Europe, Asia and the UAE in the Middle East. He is the author of Power Play: The Endgame in Netmarkets (Princeton Press, 2000) and Die Dritte Art (VeroNex VERLAG, 2026).
VeroNex VERLAG operates as an information publisher for the AI economy under Verlagsrecht in Germany. The company is headquartered in Germany and serves corporate customers in Europe.
